Since I've started working with my personal trainer, Emily, my knee pain has gone away. Originally I wanted to focus on lifting weights/toning my body. But due to my knee pain, Emily changed my plan to focus on strengthening my knee/muscles supporting my knee. We focused on mobility stretches and exercises, and I love it!

We've incorporated the mobility exercises alongside lifting weights, and I am very pleased with the support Emily provides. She checks up on me, pushes me, encourages me. I'm so glad I decided to get a personal trainer, and I'm glad I got her!
